James E. Guinn, CPA, Founder |

| James E. Guinn is a graduate of Midwestern State University and has been
in the accounting profession since 1969. He is a Certified Public Accountant
in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana,
Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and West Virginia. Before
starting the firm, he worked as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company.
Jim is the author of numerous magazine articles and is a regular contributor
to Ministries Today Magazine. He has published two books; Religious Organizations:
IRS and Accounting Issues and Religious Organizations: Personnel and Policy
Manual. He has also written several articles for Prentice Hall's tax service.
Additionally, he is a regular speaker in the area of accounting and tax issues
for religious organizations at conferences and seminars throughout the country. |
